All homes we build are detached and sustainably built. For example, from January 2023, all new-build homes must meet the standards for Nearly Energy Neutral Buildings. The aim of this is to reduce energy consumption in the future. We always take this into account during construction. All our new homes to be built amply comply with this new Energy Neutral Buildings standard. We provide our homes with, among other things, a balanced ventilation system with heat recovery, an air-water heat pump and two solar panels with inverter.
